Tunisian Mezwed widely used in Tunisian popular music.
It is open from the Magrouna, composed of a melodic pipe, or double reed chanter (Kaffa) with two single reeds and five or six finger holes, decorated with fire traces and extended by two pavilions in calf horn or wood.
It is connected to an air tank between 40 and 64 centimetres long, called''Chekoua'' or''Dharf'', made of goat skin. It is used to store the air blown in by another segment of reed, to facilitate the playing.
