1. General Information
Products or services will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process or recorded in their Customer account.
Furthermore, the Customer undertakes to provide, at the time of order, all necessary information to ensure successful delivery.
The Customer must notably provide a mobile phone number where the carrier can reach them during the day.
An email address is required to receive advance notification of the shipment.
The Customer commits, for themselves or for the recipient of the order, to accept delivery of the goods at the address provided during the order.
Upon delivery, the Customer or the recipient of the products must, if requested, provide proof of identity.
The Customer agrees to open and check the contents of the parcel(s) in the presence of the carrier and sign the delivery receipt presented by the driver.
In case of damage, non-conforming delivery, unpacking defects, or faulty products, please refer to the "Returns Management" section.
Delivery does not include the installation or setup of devices.
2. Shipping and Delivery Times
To find out about shipping times and fees depending on the destination country, please consult the details here.
The shipping timeframe refers to the preparation period, excluding transport time, and is expressed in business days.
For payments made by bank transfer, bank cheque, or gift voucher, the order will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
Consequently, the applicable deadlines are those at the date of payment confirmation by our financial department and may differ from those announced at the time of order placement.
Additional delays may apply for deliveries to remote locations (islands, hard-to-reach areas, etc.).
In case of a foreseeable extension of the shipping timeframe, Music Plus undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible by any means.
Delivery delays cannot give rise to any claim for damages or compensation for the Customer.
In case of shipping delay, an email will be sent to the Customer.
Until the product is shipped, the Customer has the option to request a refund in the form of a credit note, which will be credited to their Customer account within 48 hours.
This credit note is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If the Customer chooses to be refunded, a cheque or bank transfer corresponding to the amount of the product will be sent within 15 days following the issuance of the credit note.
3. Delivery Methods
3.1 In Tunisia

Pick-up Point Delivery via Tunisian Post
Delivery from Monday to Friday. Parcels are delivered within 3 working days to the nearest Pick-up Point of the Tunisian Post relative to the buyer’s address.
The Customer will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the Tunisian Post website for tracking the parcel.
The parcel will be kept for 15 days. For collection, the buyer must present a valid ID and the tracking number.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are processed the same day (Monday to Friday, subject to product availability).

Delivery of bulky products (over 30 kg)
For parcels exceeding 30 kg, shipment will be divided into multiple packages.

Express Delivery by Music Plus
Delivery from Monday to Saturday.
Parcels are delivered within 24 to 48 hours by our own delivery service.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day (Monday to Friday, subject to product availability).
The Customer will receive a SMS or phone call from our delivery driver before departing for the indicated address.

Delivery by TPS, Jerba Transport, Hammami Transport
TPS offers a complete range of services with parcel tracking available via their mobile app or website: https://www.tpscolis.com.
Jerba Transport JTM specializes in transporting various goods and commercial or personal items across Tunisia, offering short-term warehousing in their distribution centers.
JTM Agencies: Tunis, Sousse, Kairouan, Sfax, Djerba, Ben Guerdane, Zarzis, Kebili, Medenine, Gabes, Tataouine.
Hammami Transport (HT) is a major transport company based in southern Tunisia (Sfax).
Hammami Agencies: Tunis, Sfax, Bizerte, Sousse, Nabeul.

Delivery of bulky products (over 30 kg)
For bulky items — such as digital pianos, drum kits, PA speakers — the Customer must ensure accessibility (door width, elevator, staircases, etc.) beforehand.
Deliveries are made at the threshold of the delivery address if accessible by the delivery vehicle.
Drivers are not obliged to carry goods upstairs.
The delivery company may offer additional manpower for an extra fee payable by the Customer.
If the Customer refuses this option and decides to assist the driver, the driver will leave the item at the ground floor.
Music Plus does not deliver to P.O. boxes or postal lockers.

Inspection upon Delivery
Upon receipt, the Customer must inspect the external condition of the package in the presence of the delivery driver and report any damages immediately by sending a detailed email to: support@musicplus.tn.
Without precise damage notes, no claims can be made against the carrier.
If the driver or postal staff refuses to allow inspection before signing:

You have the right to refuse the package.

You should notify Music Plus by email at support@musicplus.tn.
By signing the delivery receipt without reservation, the Customer acknowledges receipt of the merchandise in satisfactory condition. Consequently, any subsequent claims regarding the condition of delivered goods will not be accepted, and returns will be at the Customer's expense.
3.2 International Deliveries
Delivery from Monday to Friday, exclusively through DHL or associated partners of the Tunisian Post, to the address provided by the Customer.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are processed the same day (Monday to Friday, subject to product availability).
Shipping costs are calculated before final order confirmation.

Inspection upon Delivery
Upon receipt, the Customer must inspect the package for any external damage in the presence of the delivery driver and immediately report any issues to support@musicplus.tn.
Without detailed reservations, Music Plus cannot file a claim with the carrier.
If the driver or postal clerk refuses inspection:

You may refuse the delivery.

Notify Music Plus at support@musicplus.tn.
By signing the delivery receipt without detailed reservations, the Customer accepts the goods in satisfactory condition. Therefore, any subsequent complaint will not be accepted, and return costs will be at the Customer’s expense.
