The Shure Super55 further combines the look of the famous 55SHT2, known as the "Tête de Mort", star of the 1950s, with the integration of current technology, thus offering a notable improvement in audio performance thanks to its new supercardioid magnet capsule at the neodimium.

In addition, its optimized frequency response allows the very natural reproduction of voices and its supercardioid directivity an excellent gain before feedback. Like the Shure 55SHT2, the Shure Super55 incorporates an articulated clamp.
