Position 1: Full Stack Web Developer (M/F)

Musicplus.tn is hiring a Full Stack Web Developer for a full-time permanent position to support the development of our new international e-commerce platform and drive our online growth.

Since 2006, Musicplus.tn has been a key player in the sale of musical instruments and professional audio equipment in Tunisia, with several physical stores and a growing online presence.

Based at our Tunis office, you will join a young, creative, and connected team.
Your mission: lead digital projects and optimize our online customer journey.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our e-commerce website (both front-end and back-end).

• Work closely with the marketing team and external IT service providers.

• Suggest new features and improvements aligned with changing customer behaviors and digital trends.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, PHP 7, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax.

• Solid knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles.

• Experience working with APIs (Facebook, Gmail, Google Analytics).

• Mastery of Google Tag Manager and Web Services.

• Strong SQL database management (MySQL).

• Good sense of graphic design and visual aesthetics.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

• GitHub knowledge is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (portfolio or work samples required).

• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.

• Keen interest in web innovation and digital consumption trends.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Reactivity and creativity while maintaining focus on e-commerce goals.

• Interest in music, DJing, or music production is a strong advantage.

Position 2: Sales Associate (M/F)

Become the face of Musicplus.tn for our customers!
We are looking for a Sales Associate for our Music Plus store in Tunis.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in-store.

• Handle phone inquiries and manage the reception desk.

• Process sales transactions and billing.

• Create credit and VAT refund files.

• Sell accessories and promote complementary products.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum educational level: Bac+2 or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or cash management.

• Comfortable with IT tools and basic office software.

• Warm, friendly, and customer-focused personality.

• Independent yet a strong team player.

• Knowledge of guitar products or sound equipment is a highly valued asset.
