Payment Methods

Discover the different payment options offered by Musicplus.tn to complete your orders easily and securely.

1. Cash Deposit – Postal Payment

(via La Poste Tunisienne)

You can make a cash deposit or money order at your nearest Tunisian Post office using the following details:

• Recipient: Tanit Production, Sarl (Music Plus)

⚠️ Important:
To validate your payment, please send your payment proof by email to support@musicplus.tn and mention your Order Number (N° BC) in the subject line.
Accepted file formats: .pdf, .png, .gif, .jpg, .bmp (maximum size 6MB).

2. Cash Payment in Store

You can also pay directly in cash at our store.

Conditions:

• Musicplus.tn reserves the right to cancel any sale if there is suspicion of fraud or counterfeit currency.

• For online orders with in-store payment and pickup, the buyer has 10 days to complete the purchase at the store.
  If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled.

3. International Bank Transfer

For payments from abroad, please use the following details:

• BIC/SWIFT: LPTNTNTT

• Bank: La Poste Tunisienne

⚠️ Important:
Please ensure you indicate your Order Number (N° BC) in the "Communication" field of your bank transfer.
Failure to do so may delay payment validation.
Processing of a bank transfer takes at least 3 business days.
International transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

Once the transfer is complete, please send your payment proof to support@musicplus.tn including your Order Number.

4. Local Bank Transfer

Musicplus.tn also accepts direct bank transfers to validate your orders.
Here are our banking details:

Once the transfer is confirmed and matches the order amount, we will activate your service.

5. Payment by Bank Check

You can also pay by bank check.
Send your check to the following address:

⚠️ Important:

• Please include a printed copy of your order with your check.

• Processing a check requires at least 3 business days.

• Your payment will only be validated once the check is cleared by our bank.

• To speed up validation, you can send a scanned copy or photo of your check to support@musicplus.tn.
  Accepted file formats: .pdf, .png, .gif, .jpg, .bmp (maximum size 6MB).

6. Electronic Payment – PayPal

You can pay securely online using PayPal, the world’s leading electronic payment platform.
PayPal allows you to send payments via email without sharing your bank card details each time.

Advantages of PayPal:

• Fast and secure payment

• Link your PayPal account to your bank card for easier use

• Buyer protection

If the amount of your order exceeds the value of your gift voucher(s), you can pay the remaining balance using your preferred method.
Gift vouchers must be fully used and sent at least one month before their expiration date.
