1. Collection of Your Data

When you register on the "Musicplus.tn" application, we collect:

• Your registration data that you voluntarily provide (name, email address, profile information, etc.), which you can complete or update at any time.

• Your usage data, including your geolocation, collected automatically by the application installed on your smartphone.

👉 Geolocation data refers to the geographic coordinates of a point on a map, and where possible, to a precise postal address.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Musicplus.tn processes your data exclusively for the following purposes:

• To enable you to build your own network of musicians through the application;

• To allow geolocation among community members;

• To facilitate the exchange of messages in formats supported by the application.

The collection of your geolocation data follows a strict methodology (frequency and timing of updates).

3. "PUSH" Notifications

You may receive push notifications from the application.
You can disable push notifications at any time from your smartphone settings.

4. Access to Your Data from Abroad

If your contacts are located abroad, they will have access to your geolocation according to your privacy settings.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with Tunisian law, European GDPR regulations, and international data protection standards, you have the right to:

• Access: View your data at any time within the application.

• Rectify: Modify your data directly in your user account.

• Object: Request the cessation of data processing, which may terminate your use of the application.

• Erase: Request the complete deletion of your personal data.

6. User Commitment

If you allow a third party to use your smartphone, you must disable geolocation or inform them that, otherwise, they may be geolocated by your contacts, who will mistakenly believe it is you.

7. Security and Confidentiality

Musicplus.tn commits to:

• Protecting your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction;

• Using SSL/TLS encryption standards (HTTPS) to secure data exchanges;

• Implementing backup protocols and restricting access to personal data.

8. Administrative Formalities

Musicplus.tn has registered its data processing activities with the Tunisian Internet Agency (ATI), in compliance with Tunisian Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data.

Additional Important Notes:

• GDPR (Europe) requires specifying the legal basis for data processing (e.g., explicit consent for geolocation).

• Tunisian electronic commerce law also mandates limited data retention and forbids indefinite storage of user data.
