7.1. Overview

8.1. Parcels not distributed by the service provider:

After receipt and acceptance of the parcel by our services, depending on the nature of the product, the available stocks and according to the wishes of the Customer, we will propose to reship the product initially ordered or an exchange product with equivalent characteristics.

Returns from abroad will be refunded in the form of credit, up to 30 € maximum.

The Music Plus warranty is implemented by repairing the damaged product.

9.3. Warranty extensions by Music Plus

In addition to legal warranties and 1-year contractual guarantees, Music Plus offers for certain products a 3-year warranty extension, which extends the 2-year contractual warranty, for a total of 3 years warranty.

Article 10 - Liability
