Explanatory Notice for the Submission of a Consumer Payment Facility Application
Payment up to 12 months with no fees, no penalties, and no additional charges.
This notice informs you about the eligibility conditions and the required documents to submit a consumer payment request to our institution, in accordance with Tunisian regulations.
✅ Eligible Beneficiaries
- Employees in the public or private sector, with permanent status, holding a postal or bank current account in any bank (no requirement for salary domiciliation).
- Persons aged between 18 and 69.
- Retirees affiliated with the CNSS or CNRPS.
- Self-employed professionals holding a single income tax declaration with the DGI (General Directorate of Taxes), including in particular:
- Doctors, pharmacists, biologists, physiotherapists, opticians, nutritionists
- Architects, lawyers, bailiffs, notaries, chartered accountants, accountants
- Real estate agents, insurance agents, design offices, and consulting firms
📂 Documents to Provide (depending on the applicant's status)
👔 Permanent Employees (public or private sector)
- Copy of the National Identity Card (CIN).
- Latest payslip with the employer's wet stamp and signature.
- Recent work certificate mentioning permanent employment status.
- 6 complete bank statements (or extracts) with the bank’s wet stamp (covering the last 6 months).
- SONEDE or STEG utility bill (dated less than 9 months)
👵 Retirees
- Copy of the National Identity Card (CIN).
- Recent pension certificate issued by CNSS or CNRPS.
- 6 recent bank statements with the bank’s wet stamp.
- SONEDE or STEG utility bill dated less than 9 months.
⚖️ Professions libérales
- Copy of the National Identity Card (CIN).
- Latest annual income tax declaration (single model or IRPP declaration).
- Copy of the business license (patente) proving at least 3 years of regular activity.
- 6 recent bank statements (6 consecutive months with the bank’s wet stamp).
- SONEDE or STEG utility bill dated less than 9 months.

- All submitted documents must be originals or accompanied by certified true copies.
- Applications are reviewed according to current standards, including the client’s solvency criteria.
- Final approval is subject to the Risk Management Department’s validation.
